Please follow the instructions below before completing the Agency Self Assessment (ASA).

There are two options for you to choose from.

Option 1 - Assess and Go

Due to the comprehensive nature of the ASA, you are invited to Assess and Go. For an invitation, please indicate the assessment you wish to complete and enter your email address in the provided space. After clicking "Send me an invite", you will receive an email with a link to your assessment.

By clicking on the link in your email, you will be able to exit your assessment and return to it without losing any information. This process may be repeated as often as needed. Do not delete your invitation until the assessment has been completed.

Option 2 - Complete an assessment

Please indicate the assessment you wish to complete and follow the instructions as you go. If you want to just take a look at one of the modules, please do so. The Agency Self Assessment does not require users to enter information into the assessments in order to view them. If you have any questions, please contact us at asa@casey.org!
